Drank Red Bull and not grown wings? You could be...

Since I live in USA, I have claimed.... I was really dissapointed that i did not grow wings after drinking red bull.

Cant wait for my 15$ worth of red bull stuff, going to try to grow wings again :)

Things like this really get my blood boiling. What arse-hat judge passed this? Oh and very typical for the damn yanks.... could only happen in the good old US of A. *raises eyebrow* This case should have been laughed out of court.

With that in mind I might sue Carlsberg as it is nowhere near being probably the best lager in the world and then BMW as they are not the ultimate driving machine and while I'm on the subject, Burger King say have it your way but refused me a Double Whopper served by Rachel Riley wearing leather gear, a whip and mink gloves.

I think we are missing the woods for the trees here, listen up people to my theory......

Red Bull started life as a marketing experiment, by a still very secretive marketing company.

decision is made to file a class action law suit, by themselves against themselves,

resulting in a $13 million cost for a global marketing exploitation (viral and online media), and more importantly a database of all the people who applied for the $10, name, address, telephone and email addresses, and if this goes to plan, pretty much most of Americans will apply.

compared to the estimated $1.2 billion dollars spent on F1 alone over the last decade, this is a drop in the ocean for them.

once you factor in all the other sponsorship they are involved in the amount becomes truly staggering.

simples, its a win, win for Red Bull.
