Draytek 2860 not routing IPv6

My Draytek 2860 doesn't seem to be routing IPv6. It has an external IPv6 address and an internal one, and I can ping the internal address but not the external one. I get 'Destination host unreachable', and 'General failure' when pinging external sites either by name or by IPv6 address. Further, when I try the Ping diagnosis from this configuration guide, I get a message saying 'WAN1 is not online!', but if I ping through Auto, it works. The Online status screen shows I am getting an external IPv6 address (starting 2A00).

My ISP is BT (Infinity)

Per this thread, IPv6 is set to PPP. The router is the default gateway for IPv6.

I believe I've got a misconfiguration somewhere. But where?

That's cracked it. I had DHCP enabled but management was set to DHCPv6. I changed it to SLAAC, renewed the IP addresses, and it's now working.
