Drive wiping

Hi Everyone,

I have a large number of drives form retired company PCs and wanted your thoughts on the best program to securely wipe them. TIA ;)
 
ccleaner free edition (older version from 2024 and early 2025), you have tools options within the app and then you can run drive wiper and set it to zero wipe. This is very secure and safe no data would leak.

But if you want speed then what's mentioned above it much more faster just perhaps a bit less secure.
 
Of all things, I use HD Tune Pro to fill the drive with random data, then use it again to fill the drive with zeros. For extra security when I'm disposing of drives, I'll disassemble the drive and twist the platters - but be careful, as some platters are made of glass!
