It's often impossible to pull out on some busy roundabouts without having traffic on the island have to adjust their speed slightly. It's not a case of being ignorant it's just a case of their being too much traffic to pull out and not disrupt anyone, believe it or not something weighing up to 44t and over 50ft in length can't exactly make a brisk getaway.
I'm not defending drivers who just pull out blindly and cause drivers to nearly do an emergency stop, but we have no choice to take a safe gap when it appears, a bit of give and take from other road users is vital in cases where you merely have to adjust your speed until they've managed to clear the junction.
If someone is paying so little attention that they can't see a 50ftx15ft box right in front of them then they are an accident waiting to happen anyway so let them dig their own grave in that regard.
People who don't know the rules of the road....People who don’t carefully move through a red light and then pull over when the have a set of blue lights and sirens behind them.

you can be done for that though, from earlier discussion ... so best not in the visibility of police (or a webcam vigilante - is there a good visceral term for them ?) - appropriate rear suspension helps too. There's one near us with a hump so slight that it makes no sense to go around it rather than just over it.
amusing the people who pedantically mount pavement/verge too, usually kirbing wheels, 400m+ before the vehicle arrives. .... probably the only 'considerate' behaviour they exhibited all day.and then pull over when the have a set of blue lights and sirens behind them.

Huh? If you have a good car with a good engine. You allow it to warm up...My neighbour starting his F10 M5 at 6am and waiting for the loud high speed cold idle to slow before driving off.
Totally pointless and annoying.
Indeed - so why would anyone let it idle...
It’s just emissions to warm up the cats, driving under load will do the same. 6am is a bit antisocial to sit there idling, my neighbour manages to start and ride off on his motorbike immediately.
It wasn’t that good the other week after hit brother borrrowed it and put £15 of diesel in.

You should not go through a red light to allow emergency vehicles to pass, it is still an offence to go through a red and you can be prosecuted.

Mine goes to 1.8k rpm then slowly drops. Perfectly suited for winter lol... But I tend to just go these days. But drive carefully. You're doing it more harm than good by doing that.
