Only if it's a sudden stop, which I'm not likely to do unless someone suddenly pulls out (fnar).
But as a following vehicle, you should be prepared for such things and have left sufficient gap in which to stop yourself, no?
I don't feel inconvenienced... Could I have been inconvenienced and not be aware?
Is there such a thing as statutory inconvenience? Is there an inconvenience support service?
#MeAlso...
More the first kind, but only because so many other people are the second kind. If I could afford a big swanky car like theirs, I'm sure I'd drive like a **** too...
I presume you're the bully-boy type who demands right of way just because your headlights are brighter or your car is bigger.
I'm gonna buy a swankmobile and fit superbright DRL's and drive around and hope I end up in.your rear view

Just think for a moment - try to to visualise dazzling imaginary cars in your rear view mirror and just drive straight on without touching the clutch, brakes or throttle
Or
brake, change gear down, stop. Go into first, accelerate, change gear up.
You tell me which is the path of least resistance here ?
Sure stopping might be a minor inconvenience but it is an inconvenience all the same. And why inconvene the cars following you just to let out someone who was already stationary any way?
