simple questions..is it legal
mate was doing some off roading in his 4 wheel drive..like an organised day out thing..he rolled his pajero and its still in scotland
the windscreen is no longer in...but he obviously wants to get his car home
the roof is slightly damaged as well which is why he cant just have a new windscreen fitted where it is.
I know the MOT states that the windscreen should 'not hinder or obscure the drivers vision' but surely if theres no windscreen at all this doesnt apply
so...can he drive it back with no windscreen in to get it repaired.......
