DS3 - F9 Bios OUT, DS4 - F7 Bios OUT!!!!

Just flashed to F9 and it has held onto my overclocked/undervolted settings.

Running 300x7=2.1ghz at 0.975v with EIST disabled. Idles at 22C, loads at 28C :D Ambiant temp is 17/18c with no heating in room.

God, I love this DS3 mobo and 6300 combo!

impressive, those are the kinda temps m looking for but arent achieving with a ninja - see here
No his temps are incorrect, Easytune doesn't read the temps from the CPU so the temps always appear lower. You need to use Intel TAT or Core Temp if you want the correct temps.

Been past 3ghz but I don't need the power. 2.1ghz suits my needs, and I like it quiet and cool. ;)

Hallelujiah! Someone who has finally figured out that you can't have a massive overclock and a truly quiet PC! And who realises that the basic power of the processor is ample for todays requirements. Thank you. You made my day!

lol nah, he can just buy a heatsink with no fan and run the cpu at 50c at like 2.8ghz or something, perfectly silent and nice and quick!

this is just really lame!

No, it's horses for courses.

DS4 F7 bios absolute utter crap...and a total waste of time....get reboot on my 24/7 o/c...don't even get to windows @ 7x500fsb....which can do NO PROBLEM on F4!
