DS3 - F9 Bios OUT, DS4 - F7 Bios OUT!!!!

DS4 F7 bios absolute utter crap...and a total waste of time....get reboot on my 24/7 o/c...don't even get to windows @ 7x500fsb....which can do NO PROBLEM on F4!

I've only just this moment got my machine back to life after flashing to the F7 BIOS - complete nightmare.
Since I had my DS4 (At BIOS revision F1) I've been running my Core Duo 2.4 at a reasonable 3.2Ghz and it has been rock steady.
I updated the Main BIOS to F7 and everything just went to pot.
Even at default settings I was having boot issues, cold boot issues, you name it.
I'm now back to F6 and my machine is as stable as it was before.
