I an on holiday in the U.S. at the moment, so I was looking in some of the local electronic stores in las vegas and came across this:

http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1346&ID=1895#Tab0

I`m have ran out of Hard Drive space slots in my pc case, so I thought this would be ideal as i have 2 spare 500gig drives doing nothing.
Has anyone used or have this, and what are your opinions on it?
I think it will be ok to use on UK voltage as it says:
Input: 100-240V / 50-60Hz ; Output: 12V / 2A

You can find similar devices in the UK, if you try googling.

However, this particular duo-dock only has one eSATA port on the back. From the description on the web site "When utilizing eSATA interface, Port Multiplier feature is required on the host system’s eSATA controller for two hard disk drives to be seen at the same time. All USB supports Port Multiplier function".

i.e. depending on your computers eSATA you may not be able to see two disks at once if using eSATA.

Startech do a similar device which has two eSATA ports on the back, but of course in that case you do need a computer with two eSATA ports!

P.S. you can also find USB only devices, and also ones which can house both 3.5 and 2.5 inch SATA disks.

I was looking at a lot of the reviews, so I decided to pick one to take back to ol blighty with me..so lets hope it doesn`t go off with a bang when I plug it in :( and take out my to 500`s with it. ;)
Thanks guys!!!
