Dual Monitors - Programs/Windows Move To Single Screen on Wake

@Orcvader I had forgotten I'd made the thread until I searched for the issue again today. It appears the problem went away for a while but I'm getting it again.

Are you still having the same issue?

Yes, mainly due to my main monitor (LG) taking longer to wake up compared to my second monitor (AOC). As a work around I just minimise everything before letting the PC sleep, then after it wakes, restoring them brings them back to their original position. Granted I usually don't have that many windows open (usually 2/3 most of the time).
