Duke gets a release date

I caved & pre-ordered after seeing a new 27 mins long interview with Randy he appears so genuine & a really nice guy (unless he is the worlds best actor as Randy will be out of business if Duke flops as he put most of the money into it indirectly from his own pocket) so I bought it despite some reservations about how dated it may well be as they also showed some new gameplay & it looks better than previous. Well worth watching all 27 mins as well BTW!!

I am betting on Duke instead of Alice Madness Returns (which has been put back another week to avoiding coming out same day as Duke!).

The first access club I got with my pre-order & once you get given a code for the demo you are unable to cancel your pre-order it commits you to the purchase so be aware of this if your not 100% sure as accepting the demo code is contractually binding so if you get the demo on 3rd June & dislike you still have to buy the game.
 
I'm gonna get this, even if it's awful. I hope it's not. I loved DN3D for years. I think it deserves to be played.

you can see it wont be awfall, it'll be fine; the gaming mechanics will be similar to Borderlands, as long as it's not a bug infested pile of junk, but it probably wont be.

it looks like a cross between PREY and FEAR.

whatever the case, it'll be better than BRINK that's for sure :D:D

yea' sell my art and get a new pc built, then get this, Rage and Fear 3, fingers crossed :eek::eek:

I'm annoyed at First Access Club. I got Borderlands on Steam as part of a 4-pack, but I've not heard anything about an invite and can't find a way to kick up a fuss about it. I bought it ages back when it was still pretty new, but maybe it's because it was a 4-pack deal... anyone got a contact I can rant to?

It's only Borderlands GOTY version.
 
If you first access "club" members think you're the only ones going to be playing the demo early think again :p

That's not true, I have the regular Borderlands and got the code.
 
Hmmm, I have Borderlands GOTY on Steam but cant see the option to view CD keys when I right click on Borderlands.

Is this because Borderlands isnt installed on the PC I'm currently on? I'll check tonight from my proper PC.

You need to switch the view on your game list to see the CD key option.
