Anyway this is very much a teaser but it's confirmed by George Broussard over at the 3d realms forums as being in-game footage.

WTF, try by finishing it and releasing it. We're all well past the point of oohs and aahs over screenshots, we want a playable game.

I did search and couldn't see anything. It's been confirmed as real.

220% real I'm afraid. There's a 36 page thread over on the 3d realms site on it, and it's been added to the wiki.

George Brussard himself said it's an ingame graphics shot. Yet people still say it's fake. Logic ftl.

I could see where you were coming from but it's been confirmed by the staff three times now. I beleive it's real but can see where the uncertainty comes from. Fact that it shows so little and is so small leads the mind to wander.
