dust filters on a antec 900

got fed up of hoovering inside my case every 5 mins so decided to buy to dust filters and attach them to my 900.... not as straight forward as i had thought

but here some pics i took...

this is the filter

here are the parts.. now i tried to fit them all but it didnt work

but if i used the thin bit and the filtert it almost fitted

but they didnt quite fit behind the mesh at the front so a little modding was required

after a little bit of pliers work it looked a bit like this, aint too clear but they are bent to about 30 degrees.. i did this to allow a small bit of extra room between the fan and these bit so the grille woudl fit

and here's the finished case

did it to both front fans and also put on in the side window vent to be sure

hehe , barely notice any incerease in temp, front fans are on med now to keep the air flow up but its all good

well ive only just done it but my thinking is if i just put the hover onto the front of the case it will suck the dust from the filter?

lol yea the foam needs to be pretty thin, like the stuff that came with the filters is only about 2-3mm thick max
