What date did you order cris? Don't forget all the Bank Holidays we have had has caused all the delivery companies not to be working on them days.

21 Apr, 11, 5:48 pm, I totally understand why its taken this long and can't complain about something being delivered free. But I just really want to set it up!
The bank holidays really don't benefit students who already get a month off for easter.. =D

Seems like you cannot call them a 'Bank Holiday' anymore, as it isn't just the Banks that are not working and on holiday. :p

If you have any problems or need help, just post in the Customer Services section of the forums and I am more than happy to help you.

Same here too. My item was despatched on monday.

Will see what happens, please can we have DPD for all orders DX really are a bit useless.

No courier, even the magical DPD collected on Monday, they all collected on Tuesday. Anything packed on Monday would arrive at the earliest Wednesday.

It's unfortunate there wasn't more communication but DX used their normal vehicle on Tuesday which couldn't fit everything in, they came back but missed their trunk (their big truck to the national hub). That means some packed on Monday won't actually be delivered until Thursday rather than Wednesday.

Considering DX's next day delivery rate (as measured from all parcels, not just forum posts :p) is very good and there are no losses or damages I can see the trial being expanded. If that happens a trunk vehicle will be used direct from the hub, so there won't be an issue 'vehicle not big enough' again.
