Agree, in terms of stability this has been on of the best releases that I have played in a long time.

With 16GB fitted I sometimes see the game using over 8GB of RAM and virtually the entire 4GB of my 980.

I do not mess around though with any of my page file settings etc of Windows.

Great game so far.

I've put in about 40+ hours with my longest gaming stretch at about 8 hours straight. I've never crashed or locked up. I've had some hitching, but thats it.
 
Has run flawlessly for me on a GTX970 & 8GB ram - no crashes, hitches etc and I agree it's one of the best game releases in a long time for lack of bugs!

^ LOL Boom, have you posted that in GC Forum yet ? ;)

Not had any crashes in 11 hrs of playtime (using 16gb of ram, not noticed how much the game uses). Even without crossfire working properly I still find the game runs smooth even if its sub 60 fps which is nice. Will be nice if crossfire eventually works better so i can crank some settings but still looks awesome anyway @ 1440p.
 
According to NVidia there is no difference between medium texture and high texture quality, when they played the game with high texture quality with a GTX 980 and long gameplay sessions they observed nearly 4GB vram usage.
 
So I brought this last night, sold some, ok loads of gun skins in csgo to get it :). Only issue now is I have to wait for my card to turn up on Wednesday. Sucks having a new game installed but unable to play :(

Mine did that as well, not sure what has changed though as it still shows the same version number, IIRC.

I also have 16GB RAM installed and have not had a single crash yet, my Windows 8.1 is set to use Automatic Pagefile.

I am not sure why people make changes to their page file as there seem to be occasions where it can cause issues, and I would probably forget that I changed it anyway....!

Lol. I am bad enough at jumping etc. Leaping from pole to pile for example typically means crunching bones and losing a life. Common down ladders etc often is often hit and miss..!

Anyone noticed that sometimes you get the square rotating symbol which indicates that it is saving and then edit the game to then find you are taken back much further than that last save point.....?

It does, for me, look visually better since using Sweetfx, having removed that yellowish tinge to the world, reminded me of Fallout 3 in that respect.
