Yes so I hear, loving it single, mr sociable, campaign. Looks like if I buy the season pass I get all the dlc and the following. Looks like it's 16 quid at the mo!

Expansion DLC is out for this on the 12th, looks pretty good!

I just bought the 'Enhanced edition' which includes the game, all DLC released thus far and the expansion pack for £33, seemed pretty good.

Just hope my save carries over to this edition, don't see any reason why it wouldn't?

so just downloaded a 17 gb update

im prosuming this is the enhanced part of the original and on the 12th the expansion will appear for download ?

Yes, but you need the season pass for the expansion to be available.

I cant wait to get home and play it, its been one of my fav if not my fav game of the year so far!

I'm terrible at this game. Some random guy joined my game and gave me some epic blade weapons. I've now used/broken them and they can't be repaired any more so I'm stuck with some crappy hammer or an epic cricket bat (that is rubbish).

What are you struggling with? Sounds like you're near the beginning so the general rule is to stay away from fighting or if you really have to use the environment (spikes, barrels etc) to kill.

Just kicking zombies off from a small height does huge damage. Useful when being chased by virals.

Better weapons will come along soon.

But most of all run away!

Nearing the end of this on hard, one of my favourite games ever, so epic. Keep going at it

I tried the demo on XB1 and enjoyed what I saw of it. The fps was a little janky so I'll probably go for the PS4 version at some point, when the price is right.

Not sure if the demo is on old code or something, but with the latest patch the game seemed buttery smooth to me on the One.

This game absolutely needs to be played co-op. I wasn't enjoying it at all until I started playing with a friend. And then it was loads of fun.

I've popped this back in for another play and it downloaded the big update. Am I right that this won't work though unless I'm a season pass holder?

The patch will work yes, you'll get the updated visuals and the likes but you naturally won't be able to play the DLC.

Probably not, i'm led to believe they're only subtle changes. I didn't notice any difference in the base game, but then I hadn't played it for the best part of a year. Did feel smoother from what I can remember though.

Dying Light Enhanced Edition I would say. You get the base game and all DLC released thus far all on disc. (including the large 'Following' DLC which is the new area).

Should hold it's value a bit better for resale as well.
