E2160 Vs E4400

I doubt its cpu core voltage in either case, most E6300 i had did at least 2.8-3.2Ghz before needing a vcore bump, not had much 2160 experience but both i messed with did 3Ghz on stock volts.
 
Well, I got the E6300 to 2.38Ghz. Stock Vcore. But over that, Windows is unstable or won't boot. :(
