You dont wanna RMA incase its working fine then you get charged for them looking it over dont you? Just return it as unwanted so you just pay shipping.
 
Well, i have been told by OC that i have to send the CPU to Intel for them to check it, while i'm at it, think i'm gonna send the mobo to MSI for it to be checked out!!!!
