EAFC 25

I’ve pre ordered like my usual self but I stopped 24 4 months ago which was a lot earlier than usual, the constant push to store packs and untradable cards is just sickening and the only way you could get the best cards was via store packs and not playing. If they do it again it’ll die mid cycle again.

Not particularly hyped to play 25 but typically the start of FUT is the best bit.

I’m more interested in the 5v5 clubs mode I just hope it isn’t a flop of a mode.
 
Haven't bought this yet... gave up on FC24 ages ago, the gameplay was better than normal but it just became... uninteresting.

I think the usual suspects are getting access to the game today. Castro said he is... so I'd expect a stream from 4pm or so.
 
I have a such a soft spot for Fuji720 with EAFC, he seems a decent guy trying to earn a living but never seems to gain the popularity his approach to streaming deserves. He's got a wicked sense of sarcastic humour as well!

I’ve probably subbed to him for well over 2 years since FIFA 17. I like him, but overtime he’s become more unlikeable. His negativity and tantrums depress me and just makes me turn him off. That said I’ve not watched a stream for 4 months.

Also he earns more than enough and more than most just for playing FIFA.

His tantrums on champs are what makes me laugh. At one point last year I was in genuine tears because I laughed so much. He also seems a genuinely decent and honest guy.

As for how much he makes taking in to account he’s self employed and what goes with that, I’d be surprised if he’s pulling much more than the equivalent of 35-40k gross. Only an educated guess from my side mind.

I’d bet he does a bit more than that with ad revenue and YouTube stuff, but I work 12hour shifts for a touch more than that and if he wanted to swap a few hours a night on Fifa for my job and potentially a few extra quid I’d welcome it with open arms. :p

I will try it again, but even the lad prefers old gen, so we stick to that, I've downloaded both versions anyway :D

On Fuji, I agree with the above, I like him but when he moans and throws a tantrum I tend to turn off. I can only stomach him and Boras nowadays. The minute the streams are just slating the game etc., I turn it off; even so, I agree I can't be arsed listening to it.
 
Got on the web app, have a starter team, Julian Alvarez first decent pull he is about 30k. Nice to see there is a duplicates pile this year!
 
anyone here got this yet? If so how is it?

My PSN sub expired and seeing as fifa is the only multiplayer game that I play on PS5, I’m not sure it’s worth renewing.

Might get it on PC! Believe PC now has the next gen version
