EAFC 25

Seen a fair number of posts online that mention console players are turning crossplay off, which is a shame, I was also looking to get it on PC but I am tempted stick with PS5

Crespo is good, Rodri is surprisingly effective. Upamecano is a solid CB option.

Formation I’m liking is 4411 with cam as shadow striker. About to enter Div 4

Edit Foden is good when abusing that sprint boost.

Some mental squads about already people have spent silly money on FIFA points suppose it's like every year. For me personally takes the fun out of the game / grind buying FIFA points.

Enjoying the gameplay so far it is a little different quite abit slower. They need to nerf speed boost that's way to cracked not difficult to master either.

Rivals for half decent rewards and the grind for champs now is abit of a reach for me I don't have that amount of time to sink into the game :(
 
Guys can you still use the d-pad to change to different formations and your players chem not be affected? I haven’t read much up about the tactics.

Also played some SB games for objectives and packed Neymar! Not sure if to sell

Yeah left on d pad then shows you different formations which arrow then to try and select it's annoying especially when you haven't got kick off...

Honestly not too sure either I believe chem will be the same but the player roles I’m not sure if they get full boost when swapped in game or not
 
I suspect they play without any chem as when you make the tactics the exclamation mark pops up. I played it for most of yesterday, in Div4 now, some of the glitches I saw, which went for and against me were pretty comical. :p
 
Also, my usual question this time of year is, what formation are people using? I've settled on 4222, based on some Youtube video which I have adapted a little to suit my needs. Also, the enitre value of YouTube content of tactics seems to have been destroyed by the tactics code :D
 
Currently using a 433 formation and it's the best attacking formation I've used so far. Every other formation/tactic I've tried has felt too compact and I struggle to make any space to run/pass into.

Has anybody else found themselves playing the old gen version? I tried playing the series x version but it's just way too clunky for me.

Yeah, I'm back on old gen. I couldn't cope with next generation FC24 either. I think the game needs a big patch. There are so many issues, mainly with passing but also with many other things.

I have noticed that the passing seems very random at times. I also find the rebounds extremely frustrating this year, they are the worst they have ever been. My pack luck has been quite good so far though, so that's a plus! I packed dembele and odegaard from the 82+x3 sbc and then today I packed donnarumma, karchaoui, alisson and totw martinelli.
 
After saying I wasn't going to get it this year, of course I went and got it lol.

To be honest, the gameplay feels alright to me so far. I keep getting crashes in the menus though. Have to close the game down. It happened about 5 times in a two hour session which is ridiculous.
