I've been looking into this. I'm buying a house this summer and round here thats an investmant and a half. Whilst only earing 12k a year and my girlfriend earning about 7 on her Modern aprenteship its gonna be difficult, but if I rented I'd never save.

To pay for those extra things I've been looking for extra work. Now and again I get referred for web design jobs or graphic work jobs but the time it takes its not something you can keep up with unless you're working with someone with half an imagination, which never happens for me!

Most people generate extra income by hosting and managing "free" porn sites. You know, the ones that have a few images and then link throughs to sign ups. You get commission per sign up etc etc. I might give that a go, most popular sites offer the free content and there a few forums based on it too. They call it TGP, look it up.
