easily convert most UE4 games into VR

Thanks both, I'll have a look at that.

Well that worked a treat. Jusant working in VR, wow. Just had a quick fiddle with world scale and blew my tiny mind. I do have to run it at 100% res in steam and low in game options etc but still, for free it's mind boggling.

Just learnt that Stalker : Shadow of Chernobyl has been remade in UE5 and apparently works with Praydogs injector, s2ue.org

I've just very quickly tried Robocop (Virtual Desktop and Steam VR) using a downloaded config (just for time, I'll have a proper play around later). However, it's in a flat screen within the SteamVR home? (Like a cinema screen)
I did notice after I closed that UEVR was asking to run as a Admin, do you think this is the issue (I'm back at work now)

Cheers,

Cheers,
Always open UEVR as admin and choose OpenXR runtime as it runs better than OpenVR on steam and it should load in VR.

I got Robocop working last night, very impressive for free. Need to mess about with the settings a little as it wasn't running particularly well, and I think I'd like to try using a keyboard and mouse while in VR...and I know that sounds mad! :)

I had a quick try of Satisfactory but it keeps crashing, not sure if issues with the Varjo Base software. It's set to be the Open XR plugin, same with steam. It starts then crashes. I'll likely try again, but the minute or two it worked looked great

So I managed to get Satisfactory working, it was something simple really, I hadn't changed my graphic settings so it was still running 4k Very high, I changed to 1080p and low\medium and it runs fine without crashing yet. Doh .. makes sense now :D

Given that this games seems to be very demanding on flatscreen, I don't think even a 4090 is going to get you high enough framerates @ decent settings and resolutions.
Probably correct, in that vid he says it runs ok on lower settings, the graphics look great in that vid imo (it's been recorded in his Q3 too so they're not desktop graphics), with a game this new etc even on low settings I bet it's impressive.
