Easter weekend - whatcha doin'?

Off to Cyprus in a couple of hours to see family and just disappear for a bit.

I've got a five day weekend, last day at work today and then don't start at my new place until Wednesday. Beers tonight, gardening tomorrow, into town for some shopping Saturday (might even try to finally sort out my wedding suit), then some chilling alongside housework for the rest of the days. After seeing the thread on GD recently I might even get round to disposing of that corpse I've got in my freezer.

Paying £102.40 to stand up on what will be a crowded train for 4 and a half hours with my to see my folks. Quite depressing for a 32 year old man lol

Starting to dig up the garden for some landscaping and paint a room or two in the house!

Go for a walk on the south downs for a bit and find a pub for lunch,
Probably go see the parents too, might have a BBQ or fire up the smoker if the weather is nice.

Picking up my new car tomorrow, sunday driving to Birmingham to see family (only from manchester) not sure about Monday yet but I have the week off so weather permitting, lots of cycling

Starting it off tonight having to go to Harley street to meet up with my, last minute, replacement neurosurgeon performing C6 (lower neck) disc replacement surgery on Tuesday. Tomorrow off to the future in laws for a night in Ramsgate for the fiancee to have a wedding dress fitting. Back late Saturday and then epic mooch until Tuesday and 6 weeks off work recovery.

Worst "I go to Harley Street" post ever. Good luck anyway!

The weather up north isn't meant to be too good

Compared to last weekend the weather going to be poor down South, no more 23c. Still it average for this time of year.

I need to spend one day clean and tidying, the GF back from her winter break soon. Need to do all those DIY jobs she been moaning about too!!

Going out after work with people from work for a few drinks (well, a few cokes as I'm driving ) Friday shouldn't be too exciting, just a chill out day I expect. Saturday my mate has asked me to come help him pick a BBQ so being a man I'm well up for that! Hopefully the weather will at least be dry because then I'll convince him we need to get smashed and get it going! Sunday my mum has offered to make a roast and has a leg of lamb so I'm looking forward to that
