Easter weekend - whatcha doin'?

Don't know, depends on the weather, nothing thrilling as I have been on call, and on call over the bank holiday weekend.

Finishing nights Friday morning and then we're off to my parents for the day and getting in a house viewing for potential new purchase and possibly if we have time going to try and get to a car auction.

I'm going to be working it seems. My workload just won't let up at the moment, there is nobody else in the company that can do what I do, and I have deadlines that are impossible to meet. I'm extremely frustrated and disheartened about my role in general, if I had time to look for another job I'd be actively looking but at the moment its too busy for that. Things will come good, I will get my time back, but at the moment I'm just sick to death of being worked like a dog. Oh and the office is closed, to I have to work from home over VPN which is patchy at the best of times. FML.

Not really doing much as I had some friends visiting last weekend so still recovering from that. Have to be up early tomorrow as there are some auctions finishing I want to take a punt at which finish just after 4am.

BBQ, a proper English BBQ - none of this colonial "bra" rubbish - burnt bangers, soggy bread, cider and slightly acidic potato salad.

;)

Where do I sign the petition, where people who normally work Saturdays get the Easter one off, so they can have a 4-day long weekend like most of the country?:(

Working friday and saturday, off for three days after that. Erecting a gazebo and planning our move to NZ which looks like it will have to be sooner than we had planned.

Fishing for me. Untill i get a phone call from the missus moaning about something

Doing a course till November at work so currently in the process of writing a Personal Development plan, trying my hardest not to sod it off till next Wednesday (the night before its due in) and play Witcher 3.
Might also apply for a New job in Operating Theatres at our NHS trusts other hospital, its closer to home and I really want to work in Theatre.
When I'm not doing the above I'll be breaking off to do some house work and the pile of washing, take dogs out, cook tea. Was going to go out on the Mountain bike (first time since September) but the weather looks rank.

Saturday - Working night shift

Sunday- Probably take the dogs for a nice walk with the missus in the morning. Then pub lunch unless everywhere is rammed or shut.
