Taken me two days to read this thread from start to finish, and as somebody who is very busy on AV Forums posting (under another name), this is very very impressive and I love what you have done.
Please please please though change the projector bracket - I used to sell Mustang brackets and between you me and the 3million readers of this thread, they are not very good and break very easily! Spend the little extra on a Vogels and be done with it....Wouldnt want you to come home and find your pjector on the floor!
Just a thought - can you not get the TV mounted up on the wall, and the screen when required to fall over (in front) when you want it??? Just an idea that my mate has in his lounge - does has an electric screen though working off the logitech remote for when he wants a movie or kick my but on the PS3.
