Ebay collection in person?

I assume PPG rather than payment for goods/services? Not sure what sort of protection you would have as a seller if they decided to claim they never received it or it was broken

Good point i suppose, if we did claim he didn’t receive it i would go to his place (address is on paypal transaction) and assume boxing stance and take the pc back.

i guess one way to counter any sort of potential fraud would be to video record the transaction process when the guy/gal turns up, whilst stating full name, time stamp etc etc.. or is that a bit too OTT/weird?
