Did the phone come used (at least, it seemed like it was used by this guy), or with missing parts? Also, did he refund the £20?

it did have some finger prints on it, but everything was returned and in mint condition. Google reports the phone hasn't been on since it left

no £20, but I wasn't expecting that back anyway. That was to cover his return postage so I can't argue
