Ebay rant

its anoying and I would not do it to someone but its her sofa she can sell it to who she wants... maybe she jsut did not like you, maybe her mate wanted it.. maybe the other person begged her and she did not know how to say no...

I think for every person who would take the lower offer another would take a higher offer no matter who won the auction...

jsut get over it and bid on another auction,

that's not true, when she put the sofa on ebay, she entered a contract therefore she lost the right to sell it to anybody, it goes to the highest bidder, also, it's not against the rules to offer an end early price, but, unless otherwise stated (using the buy it now option), it is against the rules to offer a price to end it early.

Also, it might only be a smelly old sofa, but at the same time it's about principle, so get off your high horses re. that.

On he flip side, i stuck a shun knife on a few weeks ago expecting to get about £60 for it, it went for £24 i think, i was gutted, but because i entered ebays contract i followed the sale through, heartbreaking as it was.

Wish I knew about that! The buyer got an absolute bargain there!

I have just been reading this on paypal... (its obvious ebay and paypal are linked with crap like this)

What kind of **** is that??! If the buyer is too lazy to post feedback then I have to wait 21 days for the payment?!

ebay bought paypal long ago from the profits they were making.
