Ebay - return postage cost

Bought something from a business seller recently that is not fit for purpose (poor quality meaning the item cannot be used as intended) which I will be returning. How do I go about getting the seller to reinburse me for the return postage costs?
I'm sure I remember reading under the DSR if you buy something which is not as described or no fit for purpose it is up to the seller to cover the cost of retrieving the item from you. I think that Ebay will simply refund me the initial purchase cost automatically when the case is closed.

Anyone have any advice?

So from the guardian link that thread:

"Bear in mind also that you can never be made responsible for the cost of returning faulty goods or substitute goods, which have been supplied where the ordered goods are not available. In these cases the cost of returning the items and arrangements for their collection must be borne by the trader."

So how do I practically go about enforcing this with an Ebay seller? Can't see any mecahnism in the refunds process on Ebay to cover this cost.

There is no function on ebay to reclaim return postage costs.

You'll either have to get the seller to pay to get the items pick up or put it a civil claim if you've already sent the items back.

However the above only applies to Ebay traders. If it's just some guy selling his 2nd hand graphics card then you're on your own.
