Ebay selling problem

I usually say that anyone with less than 5 feedback must contact me before bidding or the bid will be removed.

A question - can you limit your auction to only those who have a validated Paypal? or would this kill 90% of the bidders?
 
You can limit bidders to those with paypal accounts, but not to those with confirmed/verified paypal accounts. It should still cut out most problem bidders though. Albeit it must also deter genuine bidders without a paypal account so it's swings and roundabouts.

FWIW I've done this on my auctions for some time now and it doesn't seem to have reduced the bids noticeably.
