ebay sniping software

ok thanks, will check it out. Keep losing auctions on ebay at the last minute. So frustrating, so I decided it was time to take action..

I don't see what's so difficult about this? Just click place bid with the most you're willing to pay in the last 5 seconds and you'll either win or you'll lose but the amount will be more than you were willing to pay.

I think that the sniper tools do it for you so you don't have to manually bid. So really you dont have to be at a computer, or if your internet dies it still bids etc..

I use GIXEN. It's web based but works well. Never had a bid fail from it yet and always gets it in within the last 5 seconds.

The problem with Ebay snipers is that they only work a certain circumstance - if someone if edging the price up rather than posting their maximum price then letting Ebay bid for them.

That's what I thought happened, doesn't Ebay bid on your behalf anyway?
If you're getting outbid on items, bid the most you want to pay for the item and let ebay bot do the rest for you.

You people saying you don't understand are missing the fundamental truth about ebay, which is people get caught up in a bidding war/frenzy.

It becomes less about how much they're paying, and more about the fact that they want to WIN the item, because of course it is WINNING remember.

It's the same with live auctions, the whole point in it is to extract more money than people would normally be willing to pay. If it wasn't, why would they waste their time with an auctioneer calling out and taking the bids manually? Much quicker to just have people submit their highest offer and then see who wins right? Yes. Much quicker, but human nature means doing it the other way gets them more money.

Never use it, I will watch the item, I decide my maximum price, & stick to it.
Helps having Infinity though, I never bid until the last 4 seconds, very rarely do I lose a bid.

It is annoying when sellers start a bidding war.

I sold some books on the bay last year, the winning bidder paid more than you can buy them new for! Weird.
I have never used sniper software, I decide on a price, and put it in in the last 30 seconds or so.If I lose, never mind.
