ebayers not paying with 0 feedback to boot

hi

im trying to sell a desktop computer and have listed it recently, it was won but no contact was made by the buyer for a few days, upon checking I realise they're time wasters as they have 0 feedback.

So i've relisted said item and once again, someone with 0 feedback has just bidded on it. very annoying, and what can i do about it ?

Don't let people with low feedback bid on it, its a simple option when you list it.

If you can edit the listing then you should be able too, yeah.

You can also set this as an account option so it'll automatically choose those options for you for future listings.

I've set
Block buyers who:

Don't have a PayPal account
Have received 2 unpaid item case(s) within 1 month(s)
Have a primary delivery address in countries that I don't post to
Have 4 policy violation report(s) within 1 month(s)
Have a Feedback score equal to or lower than -1

But I don't get the last one - if they have a feedback score of 0 that's not lower or equal to -1 ??

Why not sell it on the MM and save yourself a lot of grief

As in, a new user who has done 1+ transactions and received negative feedback.

You might want to edit the add, adding if postage is included or not, before a mod does

Used to be 'fake' accounts by other people who listed the same if not similar things to make your listing disappear / end early.

You can't do this. Not in the settings anyway because the lowest that you can set it to is -1. You can't set it to any positive numbers and restrict it to feedback of 10 or more for example. You can write it in the listing but that still won't stop them buying.

The paypal account rule usually gets rid of window shoppers.

Also most zero feedback buyers usually haven't set up a paypal account yet.
