Ecclestone "Europe is a thing of the past"!

Show me any races outside Europe that get 300,000 spectators...

Its just Bernie being Bernie again. Gotta keep people talking about F1 over the winter, and wants to gee up some of the European tracks to get up to speed or pay more.
 
Arent almost all of the F1 teams based in Europe? :confused:

Arent all the engines made by european car companies?

18 out of the 28 drivers that have raced this year are european....

Ok, lets have all the races in the Maldives,Taiwan,Turkmenistan,Niger,Lebanon,Rwanda and the dominican republic as by that logic, they are all much better propositions than Europe...
 
what he means is countries in europe arent prepared to pay as much , companies in europe arent as prepared to pay as much and circuits in europe arent prepared to pay as much.

he will go with the money is regardless of wether its good racing or not, he doesnt give a crap about the real fans he only cares about the people from big companies who attend races and its generally , monaco , abu dhabi etc they go to

None of the European races have have government backing as Brussels has convinced all European countries that motrsports is bad, mmmkay, and not good for the 'green' agenda.

Meanwhile other countries who aren't governed by image obsessed politicians are throwing money at F1 left, right and centre. Most major races that have joined the calendar recently from non European countries have had some major public money spent on them. That just simply wont happen in Europe any more.

FOM are only out to make as much money as they can while they have the lease they dont care about the fans they care about the people writing the cheques.

hes been warned numerous times but cant help himself, for some reason he has it in for me , i suspect its because i openly suport schumacher, well i used to but was forced to change my sig hoping he would lay off my posts.
