****ed right off

I once saw Ian Botham driving an Audi R8 and right behind him another very famous and very rich person... driving... a very down at heel looking late 90s renault megane coupe... and this person has a car collection over £3 million worth :S

Who was the second person?

It was more a case of me telling you that you that your post was pointless and that if you are going to pick at other people's posts, make sure that your own posts are correct.

I personally couldn't give a hoot, as long as its easy to understand and not painful to read.

And the primary purpose of my post was to point out that the problems faced by the OP are bearable, not to correct his spelling mistake. I couldn't really give less of a damn if he was barely literate as long as I could get the gist of it. Ah well, was in a ****y mood anyway.

reminds me of something i heard on a tv program/comedy act how when you used to see a limo it was exciting wondering which famous person could be inside it and how these days you think its just some slappers on a night out or a bunch of teenagers

Marcus Brigstocke on Live at the Apollo :) Quick somebody embed the youtube video.

When did the UK become America? Proms...

Probably since the day My sweet sixteen (or whatever its called) first aired. My sister used to watch it all the time and complain that she didn't get a prom.

Next they will be playing hand egg .

Oh no whatever shall you do. Man up we didnt even get a leavers ball/prom whatever you want to call it because our head of year didnt bother to organise it.

Hmm, I didn't even realise that teachers had anything to do with it... I just assumed it was usually a student effort.

At my school it's the head/deputy head boy/girl 's duty to organise it, and it seems to work well that way!

i havent read the whole thread, but if your going to the prom do something more original than a limo. there are generally two kinds of prom: one where you will be laughed out of town for coming in a limo, and one where you wont be able to get your limo within 200 yards of wherever the prom is because of all the limos in the way.

turn up riding on the back of an ostrich, or in a jetpack. then you will be noticed :p

(that last paragraph may or may not be serious)
