The two groups are not comparable in their political situations, pre war Jews controlled large parts of German industry and commerce, also most of the press and arts (something which oddly annoyed Hitler the most). Jews were in fact disliked over much of Europe, not just in Germany. This was only a problem in Germany because their economy was being crippled by the victors of WWI
UK Muslims are picked upon because of the vocal 0.01% of Islamists, and the continued suspicion/reality that large parts of that community secretly support such views. That and their backward culture does not fit well into any Western country and instead they continue to push their own culture instead. An attitude not shared by any other racial/ethnic/religious group which is why they appear to be singled out all the time.
Both Jews and Muslims seek to displace other cultures, the Jews are just vastly more successful because they are not intent on pushing their religion in your face, in fact they do the exact opposite, they don't want anyone else to be a Jew. Islamists are just the dumber contemporaries of EDL in comparison.
