İ thought they cut them off and resold them, seems they sell them to scrap or reclaim the precious metals. I'm not too clued up on Cats.

If it’s of any help, I know of at least 2 occasions where someone doing this has had the car fall on them and killed them.

We've had them nicked off the NHS car parks for years but did you actually read my question?

NHS car parks are extortionately priced. They should at least be providing security.

The 12 years I've been there and the amount of thefts, CAT thefts and cycle thefts and nothing has been captured on CCTV.
