He wasn't elbowed. He gets caught by an arm and then screams like a child and this is hardly the first time either. Every week he goes down holding his face, usually when he's been pushed in the chest.

Elbowed, hit in the head with an arm, whatever. It's clear Liverpool fans don't like him for what reason I can't possibly imagine. It's no question it's a foul.

I would have said that makes less sense. You take a player out as the last man and one of your players run onto the ball and is through on goal you want the goal. A freekick and a red doesn't compensate for a goal. Especially when the player is always getting their red card.

I'm not sure it's just Liverpool fans and the reason why is obvious. As I said, every single week he tries to get someone sent off. Him and Giroud are two of the worst I've seen for feigning injury/claiming they've been hit or elbowed yet for whatever reason neither gets called out for it.
 
oh please, feigning injury? I'm fairly sure getting an arm swung into the side of your head hurts. he's not waving an imaginary card or anything. You're being ridiculous.

That's an extreme scenario that I have never seen happen so I wouldn't be basing rules on it.

Had this been a one off then you may have a point but again, it's every single game. He regularly cheats, pretending he's been hit or elbowed in the face when he clearly hasn't.

It doesn't hurt your nose though, so seems odd to go down clutching the front of your face unless you're feigning something.
