1 tin tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 Pepper
Crushed chilis
Chopped Garlic
Salt
table spoon Madras curry powder
1 Oxo cube (chicken)
Paprika
table spoon Medium curry powder

Fry the onions and peppers in fry light, add in the garlic and curry powder then fry for two minutes and simmer for two. Add tinned tomatoes, oxo cube, salt, crushed chilis.

Simmer until heated through, serve with boiled rice and hard boiled eggs cut into halves then sprinkled with paprika.

I'm not a vegetarian but this is an excellent and simply winter dish. Enjoy :)

I think im going to be sick, 2 substances i beleived never could be mixed.

Why do people think these things taste good, kind of reminds me of the episode of red dwarf where Lister makes Rimmer eat a tripple fried egg, chilli. chutney sandwhich. now that actually sounds tasty compared to that.

Never had 'egg' fried rice with a curry? Sticking boiled eggs on the top of a curry is a little weird, but still...:)

The red colouring does it no justice. It makes them look like they have been excreted by something unwell.

Egg curries are actually better known as Keema (Mince Curry with hard boiled eggs).

If anyone really fancies it which I suspect they don't I will post the recipe
