EK Predator Issues

Is your pump having issues when you cold start your pc then after 5 mins or so does the pump seem to kick in or settle down? Because im having this issue. My temps start off in the 40's then after 4-5 mins are hitting top 60's to 70 while sitting idle at desktop but i have checked and noticed that my pump RPM sits at zero while this is happenign because i moved my pump connector to my mobo. But when temps drop down to 30's after a while i see my pump is around 3000RPM because its just kicked in. Noticed a few issues like this on the net and i have the new Rev.
I never turn the PC off to be honest, mine seems very intermittent at the moment.
Sometimes its making a whining noise, other times it's gurgling and generally making a racket.

Other times it's fine, when the temps are bad though it makes some kind of noise it shouldn't.
Am back and forth with overclockers at the moment as don't want to send it back and the hour it's tested it work fine.
