I could hear a big storm building up this afternoon and saw a massive fork of lightning but it took ages to hear the thunder so it must have been a long way away.

Must have gone in the opposite direction as we never got a storm here.

Just had a nice mahoosive electical storm over south wales, right above our heads, very short space between lightning too, and its still going...

Anyone else getting the same?

had a pretty heavy albeit short lived thunderstorm in Wrexham last night about 11:30, moved on pretty quick but could still see the odd flash in the distance. We lost power for about 2 hours from 12ish as well
