all depends on what state you are in and how much hard work you can put in.
if you are packing a few extra lb's of fat on and not that muscley then you will struggle, however with some damn hard work and a nailed diet something very good could be achieved.
post a pic up of what you look like now, tell us your current routine and your current diet.

Current diet... resteraunt food! I work for my dad in jimmy spices in birmingham. Its great food but eating it 10 times a week is bad!
At the moment im not doing any exercise as i stopped going to the gym about 4 weeks ago when i started working. But im going to start today, off down there in a bit!
