I'm currently using a book to raise my pc off the carpet so my psu can exhaust out the bottom . Is there anything else I could use which looks a bit tidier ?

Here are the case specs...

Where do you get wood from? I live in a small town and have no car

A lot of the DIY centers not only offer things like MDF board, or Melamine, they also offer a free cutting service. Some Castor Cups are thick enough to help. Sometimes you can build up a few round felt pads to make a difference. There are plenty of things you can try.

If a PC is sitting on carpet then having the PSU fan facing up is a consideration.

Got myself two monitor stands to house my tower on the way. I like air coming in the front and out the back as an exhaust

I just used a metal panel off an old large case...doesn't raise it up at all obviously but ensures no restricted airflow from the carpet :)

Plus makes it easy to slide out from under the worktop when required :)

These are frequently on Lightning deals for approx £13-15):

There are 4 of them AFAIK, 2 sizes and both in 1 and 2 Tier versions.
