He's actually been given a 10 second time penalty. Taken at his next pit stop, or added to his final race time if there are no more pit stops.

Vettel has just been given a 10 second stop and go.

Happy to be corrected but I think a 10s stop go has to be served independently of a pit stop, a 10s time penalty can be combined

10 second stop and go cannot be served at the same time as a pit stop.

IMO, the penalties for Perez and Vettel should be reversed.

Overtaking under a safety car is significantly worse than not have tyres fitted at 5 minutes.

I think is shown now they are in a position where they cant afford to have a bad no2 driver, they need the 2 to fight the tactics, and Bottas is nowhere to be seen where he is needed.
