Eminem - Kamikaze (new album)

434,000 US sales without any promotion or physical copies.

"but he's irrelevant though!"
He’s a beast and despite his content changing over the years has still managed to sell very well. Pretty special when you consider that it’s hip-hop which is not exactly mainstream.

Just proves he can release anything and break records at this point in his career, he is a juggernaut in every sense.

And for people saying he hasn't been good since Dre was producing, well 'KAMIKAZE' was executive produced by Dre.

Can't wait for the MGK diss track, MGK may as well just bury himself alive now.

He sounds like he's loading up ready to take aim. Brilliant interview can't wait to see what he does :).

I've been listening too The Ringer a bit which is favorite song of the album, I just wished he had hit back on that he would have done serious damage with that beat.

Oh dear oh dear. Just listened to it and what can you say other than that is what happens when you pick fight with someone much, much bigger than you. :D

great lyrically does nothing for me though.

the pac diddy line though. sure he cleared that one before doing it.

Love the album, love both diss tracks. Hope it keeps on going for us fans of the music. MGK's was the better "track/beat" Eminems lyrics and word play was far superior though as expected. Fair play to both of them, the views on youtube are racking up.

If was quite funny but it’s world apart in terms of quality. Em has layers upon layers in terms of word play, flow etc.

I'll give an example. Take this one line I say one call to Interscope and you're Swayze

Now can be taken as Em saying one call to Interscope (Interscope being Diddy's label that MGK is signed too) and your be fired or shelved like MGK said that Em did to him on Shade 45 where Sway is the host. Or it can also mean one call to Interscope and your Swayze( as in Patrick Swayze in Ghost), funnily enough Patrick Swayze passed away on the 14th of September, so he is also saying that your career is dead and just like Swayze you'll become a Ghost that no one will see.

It’s really a case of the master and the students.

I wasn't sure if I was fond of this album but it has really, really grown on me. Pretty much listened to it every day as always hearing something new. Even though I've Rapgeniused every song multiple times!
