I cant see stock running out, you would have to be nuts to rush out and buy a x2 when they are being axed, from what I can gather, most are holding onto their money to order conroe or preordering conroe. the x2 would have to less than half price to tempt me and others im sure.
 
Great :S im gonna have to buy a new motherboard now if i want to upgrade my CPU, having just recently have bought a Skt 939 Motherboard, just silly really isnt it.
 
It is I have the cash just waiting to order conroe mobo and ddr2, I cant see the point in getting a cheap x2 with 512 cache when I already have a 1mb cache chip running at 2650 it does 2700 stable. AM2 or Conroe is going to work out expensive for upgraders of couse the wise will keep what they have and upgrade when the prices of the conroes and conroe mobos fall, unfortunately im an idiot and I cant wait even though my computer is fine.
