Well it was inevitable.

I may be daft/stupid but god help me.

I present you with...

:o

Perhaps I can back track on things and change my mind. But I put a deposit down...

I don't understand? You bought a Corsa C, got a 'get out of jail free card' so you were free of it, then bought another?

Unless you're trying to take them off the road one by one? :D

Whats wrong with a corsa?

Its not like you have the space on the roads these days to do 100mph everywhere, they are easy on petrol and get you from A to B. Isnt that what a car is meant to do?

You are in the motors forum mate.. People here actually enjoy driving. All the better in a good car. Not much in these parts is classed as A to B machinery

My poor old mum has a Corsa C, it is an awful car and thats just compared to the new Corsa D / Skoda Octavia that I currently drive for work. Sorry if that sounds harsh.

It will quite happily get you from A to B and will do its job of course but cant help thinking you could have spent the money on something else. Judging from the thread title it seems you knew what you was buying though? How much did it set you back?

No. It does purely A-B but why would you accept A-B when you can have a nice experience doing it?. Take my example, I do around 15k a year commuting miles. THat works out at about 2 hours a day or 10 hours per week. It works out at about 2 days per month or over 3 weeks a year sat in my car. 3 weeks in a Corsa is something a Judge should impose for Anti-social behaviour not something one should impose on one's self. If you were to stop in a hotel for £100 a night, would you want to stop in a brand new travel lodge or a slightly older Hilton?
