Energy drinks

Coffee has more caffeine than red bull though and it's quite common for people to consume many coffees a day.

Caffeine is not a stimulant known to cause CNS damage, if there was clinically significant damage from drinking caffeine we'd have recognised it a very long time ago from people drinking coffee.

There is enough evidence to show that large doses do affect you adversely. Sure, a coffee or two a day, or a can of redbull a day isn't going to lead to anything - but add to that the sugars and everything, if taken in excess it isn't going to do you much good.

I've seen people end up in hospital for taking too many caffeine tablets.

Relying on such drinks to "pick you up" is a sign that you reliant on them and that you have much more ingrained issues that you need to address in your lifestyle. :)

I love the 35p euro shopper ones found in newsagents/corner shops. They now come in 6 packs with a 10p saving.

Second to Red Bull but won't pay Red Bull prices.

I already take Myprotein Alpha male every day and have done for a while, is there any others you can recommend? To be fair I've always drank water as my main drink, I don't really drink tea/coffee and don't drink fizzy drinks so I drink the same amount of water I would say. There are two other people who drink the same water both haven't really been ill since we made the change again more than likely coincidence.

just ditch the mineral machine tbh, it could be adding god knows what dangerous stuff to your water cause that thing is certainly not tested/approved given its claims.

you'll be getting your RDA and then some from the rest of your food plus the alpha male supplement.

so the distilled water alone would be best.

Drinking too much water can kill you too, doesn't mean anything.

There's no evidence that drinking coffee frys the CNS.

I love it when you see some fat chav bird quaffing blue lightening or whatever when wandering down the local high street.
Cos she needs that...
