I'd have given the shirt tug as at least a foul, not sure whether it could have been considered inside the area or not though.
The barge looked as if Mikel might have just skimmed the ball.

I am streaming on some asian channel, with the BBC commentary. Sadly it's about 3 minutes out of sync. At least I can see the goal.
