English & European Football [24th - 29th Apr 2010] **spoilers**

Inter were lucky over the two legs.

Barca weren't good enough, Inter shut up shop and were difficult tobreak down. Still, think it's a fairly awful tactic :(

Anyone going to ask the Real Madrid chairman if letting Robben and Snijder go was the best decision? Considering they've been outstanding and are both in the Champions league final :p

Unlucky Barca, Inter to win the final :)

I am sure that he admitted that they made a mistake by selling Robben, not sure about Snijder.

This basically

You can say Inter played well but they didnt really they just sat back and defended the goals they got were dodgy to start with.

Bojans goal should have stood
Alves should have had a pen last week
2-3 corners not given
Fouls in box going wrong way

And who was it that called Barca divers? Thiago motter? Lucio has got to be the biggest **** in the world for it drove me mental.

Thats the sort of sour grapes that will makes Mourinhios night :p

10man Inter made Barca look very ordinary, best team in the world cant beat 10 men? Hmmm....

The diving and the cheating came from both sides and pretty much evened itself out, after all of that the 10 man team was better.

The special one? I completely agree!

The diving and cheating may have evened itself out but the decisions didn't. Barca had a perfectly good goal ruled out, Inter had an offside goal given and over the 2 legs Barca should have had 2 if not 3 pens.

You 2 are taking the mick surely? Both sides were as bad as each other with the diving etc but Barca were robbed in both legs.

no chance, over two legs Inter played a brilliant tactical game and in the first leg in particular deserved a victory. they showed how to play Barca and didn't bend over for them how most teams seem to (Us in the final last year included). Barca have been getting on my **** this season, beginning to believe that they are entitled to things and as I said before really believing their own hype. Congratulations Inter.!

Yeah I agree, Messi can't do it all on his own.

Over two legs Barca were really unlucky with some decisions and Inter very lucky.

So the "special one" gets to his second European Final :)

Hmm. It's tactical genius when Inter pull it off...it's called "parking the bus and time wasting at every opportunity" in every other part of the world. ;)

So what's the best way to play against Barca with 10 men for an hour?

Seriously? Inter park the bus for two legs and they it's a brilliant team and Mourinho is tactical god, when teams like Stoke and co do this they get destroyed by fans :D haha

so someone was playing Pique onside? I didn't catch all of the replays but he looked off to me.

Messi is a great player, even if he was quiet.

Barca aren't amazing past their starting 11.

I've never liked the teams Jose has managed, but I think he is great and I'm so glad for him he got one over Barca, because I can't stand them.

well Spunj99 has a point, it is the best way to play buuut

How often are teams criticised every week for parking the bus and not playing football yet a Jose team is known for this and its ok?

Respect for the defending you cant take that away solid as a rock but its just so frustrating that basically bad decisions have decided it more than anything

they get destroyed by nonces with an immature view of football that it must all be attack attack attack with pretty little triangles.

Barcelona were very flat up until they scored the goal. Too many loose crosses and long distance shots which is very unlike Barcelona. Fair enough, they were up against a superbly organised team.
