English League Football [19th - 23rd Feb 2010] **spoilers**

I can only assume Fergie had a bet on Everton to win today because he made no attempt to win that match. First of all he waited SIXTY FIVE ******* minutes watching Park do **** all before taking him off, then when it was 1-1 and we needed a goal he took off our best striker and stuck on a ******* midfielder!!! Then 10 minutes to go and we're 2-1 down so he takes off our best chance of creating a goal!!! We're never going to win the league when we have games like this where we just throw away points with no effort whatsoever. Rooney looked like he couldn't give a crap today, barely got involved at all.

Just utterly **** poor, I'm starting to wonder if United even practice corners in training any more, we could have taken 10,000 today and still wouldn't score, we might as well just roll it to the keeper when we get them.

Fergies decisions have cost us too many matches this year, he persists in playing crap like Park and Neville and then leaves players like Anderson playing in the reserves.

evans needs sending to the glue factory, hes utter trash. brown has never had his head screwed on, all he knows is to hoof the ball. and his placement is dire, hes inherited rio's ability to have brain fades.

why on earth did we let pique go again?

Mad season

Everton beat Chelsea and Man Utd in the space of a week, madness.

lol, I wouldn't call it madness given the quality of the players we have. It's pretty obvious we can compete when we have players fit.

We didn't even have Cahill or the big man today, and you can't say Man U had a weak team out or anything. We were just better than them today, same with Chelsea.

Any way, superb result. :D :D

Really good performance by Everton anyway especially without their two best CM's!

And best CB.

I can't seriously believe there are any negative comments towards rooney. He's carrying your club right now, can't he not have the odd game or two where he doesn't feature or dominate.

Funnily enough even Pele used to have the odd game like that ;)

People expect far too much from great players all the time.

Get in!!!

It's nice to finally play Man U and not have to turn my mobile off for several hours at the end of the match to prevent further misery.

The score line really flattered Everton though - they were good enough to win but 3-1? No, not really.

As for the third goal, I think I could have walked through that United defence and scored. They stood off and let him score. The finish was very tidy, but to call it a "wonder goal" is quite strange.

Anyhow, I love how we've pulled it back to within a win of Chelsea and now we seem happy to just **** it all up. There should have been signings in January, no doubt about that.

And in response to the Everton fans' "Who are ya?" - we're second in the league, that's who we are. Who are you? "Not-getting-into-Europe-this-season", that's who. :D :p

Disclaimer: The above comment was meant (partly) tongue in cheek, before I get called "bitter" ;)

Evans/Brown are shocking, moreso Evans

Brown has always been rubbish. He look ok at RB for a few months last year, but is still prone to lapses. OTOH Evans has been decent for UTD but his form has certainly dipped of late.

When he's playing as a lone striker I think it's fair enough. If Fergie could see he was playing crap then why didn't he bring Owen on when Berbatov came off? Just terrible substitution decisions today.

Suspensions/injuries cost us another game. Poor performance from Brown, he is supposed to be the senior CB but just didn't command anything.

Can't wait to have Rio/Giggs/Vidic/Nani back. I like how it was all about the fact Cahill and Fellani were out before the game and none of the them!

Credit to Everton they played well, probably more so that than United playing poor.

BTW thought Carrick was really Poor in midfield and should have come off..

Everton were quality today, no shame in losing to Everton when they play well. They can make it very hard for anybody.
